Recognize Scams. Protect Your Funds.

Signs of Unauthorized Access

  • Verification codes you did not request

  • Unfamiliar bank accounts or crypto wallet addresses added for withdrawals

  • Login alerts from devices or locations you do not recognize

  • Changes to your email security settings or forwarding rules that you did not make

  • Unexpected device slowdowns, pop-up ads or unfamiliar apps

Act immediately if you notice any of these signs. Use a secure device to change your passwords and contact official support to request an account freeze. If you suspect someone has remote access to your device, disconnect it from the internet first.

Anyone claiming to represent ApogeeX who asks for your passwords, verification codes, screen sharing or downloads from unfamiliar links is not acting on our behalf.

Our support team will never ask you to do any of these things.

Common Scams to Watch For

Impersonation Scams | Fake Compliance Checks

Fraudsters posing as support staff may contact you through unofficial social accounts, claim your account is under investigation or demand a payment to unfreeze it. These stories create urgency and pressure you to act without checking who you are dealing with.

Fake Websites | Phishing Links

Fake websites can look almost identical to the real thing and capture your details when you log in. Check the domain carefully: axfx.com.xyz.net is not axfx.com, even though it contains our name.

Suspicious Downloads | Remote Access Scams

Someone offering technical help or trading guidance may ask you to install remote access software. Giving them an access code for tools such as Sunlogin, TeamViewer or AnyDesk can let them control your device.

Investment Group Scams | Guaranteed Returns

Scammers use fake profits, supposed inside information and guaranteed returns to draw you into private trading groups. They may allow small withdrawals at first, then encourage larger deposits before blocking access to your money.
